We're delighted to announce that global law firm Steptoe & Johnson (http://www.steptoe.com/) has taken on Armchair Revolutionary (our social change partner) as a "pro-bono" client for matters related to corporate contracts, licensing, and intellectual property matters.

Like Google.org, Armchair Revolutionary is a not-for-profit organization using a for-profit legal structure to maximize its flexibility to engage in innovative social projects. By taking on an entity with this unique structure, Steptoe is showing its commitment to supporting cutting-edge social change organizations.
How Does This Help Armchair Revolutionary?
As many of you know, Armchair Revolutionary will be launching hundreds of projects a year, many of which will involve intellectual property issues. They will be working on issues as diverse as patents on scientific or technology breakthroughs over to international film and documentary rights. Steptoe is a leader in international IP law and business relation contracts so this allows Armchair to have world-class council on the road ahead as it rolls into project development and BETA launch.

Acknowledgements
The Naked Hill is a new personal blog I'm launching to give The Hollywood Hill's members, the entertainment community, and our partners around the world more comprehensive coverage of our organization's internal operations and activities. It's also meant to be a sounding board for ideas, thoughts, and experiences related to The Hollywood Hill's mission.
The other co-founders of the organization, Ori Neidich (Media Tools & Post-Production Technology Engineer, DreamWorks Animation) and Paris Hauter (Marketing Director, The Hollywood Hill), our terrific advisors, our very committed strategy council, our hundreds of entertainment industry members, and our current employees will weigh in from time to time.
I'm really looking forward to shedding more light on how we have designed the business plan for The Hollywood Hill and other related entities (The Catalyst Center and Armchair Revolutionary, the vision we have for bringing Hollywood's social change activites into the 21st digital century, what it's like to launch and run a leading entertainment industry social change membership organization as a 30-year-old in a town run by 60, 70, and 80 year old billionaires and multimillionaires, and the tectonic, under-discussed shifts that are reshaping the world. I'll also post about our real-time progress as we move ahead. Looking forward to everyone's comments. Enjoy.
